Erick came out on a Sunday. We were grateful Duncan Plumbing could come out on a Sunday. However, the costs were rather high as Duncan plumbing charges by the job and not an hourly rate and they did tell us in advance what our Sunday "call out " charge would be before we asked them to come to our house. We can't say enough about the plumber "Erick". He was great. Very friendly, courteous, and really nice to deal with. He wore his covid mask and shoe booties while in our home. It took him less than an hour to repair an exterior broken pipe bib and replace a bathroom faucet. We were very happy with what he did for us.

Floor guys left me with an unattached sink...I am moving in soon so I was anxious. He was professional, courteous and kept the worksite clean. Thank you Eric!

Would use them again

Kitchen drain backed up. Duncan Plumbing responded promptly. Cleared and replumbed the drain.

Prompt, Saturday and I was warned ahead of time on the premium, somewhat simple fix with hole already dug out, tech.went for higher gauge material which I appreciated, water was already shutoff. iPad charging technique and approval signage was first rate.

I am delighted to have California Radiant (aka Duncan Plumbing) working on my radiant heat system as well as the older style plumbing on my property. They’ve taken the time to sort out some old messes and make everything understandable to me. And I love their annual free inspection to see if anything is needing attention before a problem crops up. They call me to schedule it in the month I’ve requested. Their service has been excellent, way above average, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I get the feeling there isn’t a problem Eric can’t solve. Very informative and he goes over all options.
